It’s hard to believe, but season 27 (yes, you read that right) of The Bachelor is finally here. ABC has already released a teaser trailer for Zach Shallcross’s season, and it definitely looks like it's going to be full of drama, romance, and hopefully, lasting love.
In case you didn't catch Gabby and Rachel's dual season of The Bachelorette back in 2022, Zach captured everyone's hearts as one of Rachel's finalists. But things didn't really work out between them. So, this guy is still on the hunt for his perfect match. *Enter 27 new women to woo young Zach.*
Naturally, everyone already wants to know which lucky lady Zach will choose to spend his life with at the end of the season. And while no one knows for sure who he picks, Gabi Elnicki is definitely going to catch everyone's attention.
But who is Gabi Elnicki and what should fans know about her? Here’s everything you need to know about Zach's contestant.
Gabi is looking for an 'outdoorsy' guy.
Gabi Elnicki is one of the 27 new contestants on Zach’s season of The Bachelor. Worth noting: She calls herself “spicier than your average Buffalo wing” on Instagram, and adds in her ABC bio that she is "adventurous, loyal and driven."
Gabi loves tailgating and Kris Kardashian, and that she is looking for an "honest, outdoorsy man who will always put her first." Only time will tell if Zach is able to live up to her standards.
Gabi is 25 years old.
That is, according to her official Bachelor bio. Zach, for context, is 26. So this seems like a pretty good match, age-wise.
She's from Vermont.
Gabi is from a town called Pittsford, per her Bachelor bio. Pittsford, in case you're not familiar, has a population of about 2,800 people. It's also famous for its two Revolutionary War-era forts, according to Wikipedia.
These days, it seems like Gabi has traded small town life for bustling Houston, Texas. In one Instagram post, Gabi celebrates the Houston Astros’ World Series win, and her LinkedIn profile lists her location in Houston.
Gabi is an account executive.
She works at Calculated Hire, which is a talent recruiting company. She’s been with the company since 2019 and has been promoted several times, according to LinkedIn.
However, her bio says that she hopes to one day own a Pilates studio, so my guess is that when she's not at work, she's spending time doing vinyasa.
She went to the University of Mississippi.
Gabi went to Ole Miss and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Her Instagram is packed with plenty of pics of herself and friends supporting her college at sporting events.
She was in a sorority.
Gabi was in a sorority called Pi Beta Phi in college, which she mentions in her LinkedIn profile and on Instagram. She also has plenty of throwback pics of herself with her sorority sisters.
Gabi wants to get married in Italy.
Yup, this gal already has the location for her future nuptials picked out, per her ABC bio.
