'Bachelorette' Star Rocks Colorful Bikini on Tropical Vacation for 50th Birthday

The Bachelor Nation alum rang in her birthday at the Sandals Royal Curaçao resort in the Caribbean.

Trista Sutter celebrated a big milestone in the perfect way.

The former Bachelorette has been on island time this week while ringing in her 50th birthday alongside husband Ryan Sutter and some of their closest friends, including fellow Bachelor nation alum Kaitlyn Bristowe and her partner Jason Tartick.

The group celebrated the big day with a luxurious stay at the Sandals Royal Curaçao resort in Willemstad, Curaçao, where Trista and her hubby were seen soaking up some sunny poolside fun.

In new photos from the Caribbean birthday bash, Trista is seen showing off her fit figure in a multi-color patterned bikini while posing in a private infinity pool.

Her husband, 48, also showed off his own built physique, while picking up his wife and pretending to throw her in the water.

Trista, the first-ever Bachelorette, spoke to People this week about her birthday celebrations, telling the outlet, "This birthday just means relaxation and decompressing and resetting...Plus, palm trees make me happy!"

The couple—who currently reside in Colorado—have been enjoying tons of tropical adventures on their trip, including diving, snorkeling and soaking up the stunning sunsets.

"Ryan took a bath the other night just as the sun was setting," Trista stated of her husband, who she wed in 2003. "It was the most gorgeous setting. It's just dreamy."

The mom-of-two, she shares her kids Maxwell, 13, and Blakesley, 12, with Ryan, also talked about her experience of getting older, admitting, "I'll be honest. I don't like aging in the least bit and the changes in my body and the creaks and all of it."

"But the alternative," she said, "is not what I want! I want to watch my kids grow up and grow old with Ryan."

Trista—who previously suffered a seizure in 2017—also watched Ryan go through a two-year battle with Lyme Disease just years ago.

"We have had struggles, but I'm happy that Ryan and I are happy and healthy," she added. "I feel really lucky. It's a good life, and I'm thankful for it."
