This Bachelorette Contestant Used to Date Aly Raisman

Season 14 of The Bachelorette kicked off on Monday night, and fans were quick to recognize a familiar face among the 28 hopefuls vying for Becca Kufrin’s heart.

You may have thought you knew 26-year-old Colton through his NFL past or his charity work—he’s a former tight end for the Oakland Raiders who also happens to run his own non-profit. But the more likely reason Underwood caught your eye is his string of red carpet appearances with his now ex-girlfriend, another impressive athlete: Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman.

Colton and Aly, 24, began dating in the latter half of 2016 until mid- 2017—Underwood confirmed their split in June of that year.

Needless to say, Twitter was shook by this revelation—and this one, too: Colton claims to be a virgin.

While we’re sad Aly and Colton couldn’t make it work, maybe he and Becca will end up being perfect for each other? The truth shall be revealed in just a couple short months. Until then, we’ll be watching (and waiting for Raisman to comment, of course) …
