‘Bachelorette’ Alum Clare Crawley Just Welcomed a Baby With Husband Ryan Dawkins
Some exciting bb news for Bach Nation on this fine Tuesday afternoon: Clare Crawley has officially welcomed her and husband Ryan Dawkins' first child together via surrogate!
The former Bachelorette shared the sweetest Instagram Story of her and Ryan—whom she announced her wedding to back in February 2023—hugging in a hospital on Monday (January 15) alongside the caption, "She’s here! Healthy + beyond loved! Dream come true 😭." (No details yet on the name of the couple's new arrival, but hopefully we'll get those deets soon. 🥺❤️)
A refresher: The former reality star made the exciting announcement that she and Ryan had a little one on the way in a July 2023 Instagram post that may or may not have totally made us cry (read: it totally did).
Last summer, Clare shared a video of herself taking a basket of laundry out to hang dry. As she approaches her husband in the clip, she kisses him and a camera pans out to show a onesie with the words "Worth the wait" on it amid other clothing items.
"Our laundry is about to get a whole lot cuter in 2024!!," the celeb began her heartfelt post. "✨This TRULY is what my dreams are made of! I can’t tell you how hard it has been to hold this secret in, as I’ve shared the last 10 years of my life with you all! This is one journey though that Ryan and I have been keeping close to our hearts as we navigated the uncertain world of IVF and all that comes with it up until this point. I can’t wait to share it all with you soon what it’s been like for us, and until then, we are so incredibly grateful to @eggwhisperer for making miracles happen! ✨Baby Dawkins will be arriving via our amazing angel surrogate, in January 2024!!"
Claire is already a stepmom to Ryan's two daughters from a previous relationship, and in an October 2022 Instagram Q&A, the Mascot Sports CEO gushed that his older children are "completely obsessed"with the former Bachelorette. "They love you so much," he added at the time.
Literally couldn't be happier for these two!!!
