You've waited patiently (or not so patiently), and it's finally here. That's right, Bachelor in Paradise is back and better than ever. (Trust!) This month, season seven premiered with a totally stacked cast. ABC just dropped an updated official cast list yesterday, and it confirmed that so many of your faves are headed down to Mexico to look for love. Actually, based on all the juicy Bachelor in Paradise spoilers, they finished filming and are back in the states.

So far, there are almost 30 contestants from seven (!!) different Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons, so don't worry if you don't recognize them all. There are some total throwbacks and a few serious transformations—prepare to do a few double takes.

Read on for your first look at the Bachelor in Paradise cast members for season seven:

Becca Kufrin

Season 14's Bachelorette herself will arrive late this Paradise season to shake things up on the beach. After two broken Bachelor Nation engagements, Minnesota native and publicist Becca, 31, is hoping to start fresh this summer with a totally new pool of guys. Tbd on what the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast co-host's reunion with former contestant Joe Amabile will look like.

Tia Booth

Tia, 29, originally tried her luck on Arie Luyendyk's season of The Bachelor before her elimination in week eight. She also appeared in Paradise season 5, but still walked away single. Maybe the third time will be the charm for this physical therapist from Weiner, Arkansas.

Kendall Long

Kendall and Tia have lots of similarities—they're both 29 years old and their Bachelor Nation histories are the same, too. Like Tia, Kendall went from Arie's season to BiP season 5, but ultimately didn't find love. This creative director from Santa Clarita, California, is hoping her luck will change this time around on the beach.

Connor Brennan

Connor B. from Katie's Bachelorette season is making the jump from Nashville, Tennessee, to Mexico this season. The one and only cat man will return to hopefully hit it off with another feline-friendly lady. Everyone's favorite math teacher with a passion for songwriting will no doubt capture some lucky contestant's heart this season, with or without his ukulele.

Aaron Clancy

Aaron made it halfway through Katie's Bachelorette season, but their connection wasn't strong enough to take him to the end. The 26-year-old insurance agent from San Diego, California, made plenty of waves with his brutally honest takes about the other contestants. He'll also make another appearance on this season of BiP (maybe he'll get along with the other guys better this time around?).

James Bonsall

James, 30, is a software salesman from La Jolla, California. His BiP entrance didn't include another box, tho. He captured viewers' hearts and Katie really seemed to like him, so he should be a total catch this season.

Tre Cooper

Tre delighted Katie with his jokes and wholesome personality. The 26-year-old software engineer from Covington, Georgia, is arriving from the latest Bachelorette season to test his luck with a whole new group of singles.

Kelsey Weier

Kelsey made a splash on Peter's Bachelor season amid #champagnegate. Hannah Ann "stole" her Dom Perignon, then Kelsey inhaled most of another bottle up her nose. But this 30-year-old professional clothier from Des Moines, Iowa, is ready for a fresh start. Maybe she'll redeem herself over a Mai Tai?

Victoria Paul

Another former pageant queen, Victoria, self eliminated during Peter's season after she couldn't see a future with him anymore. She's 28 years old and works as a nurse in Alexandria, Louisiana. Here's hoping she finds a beach bro she can play the long game with this season!

Brendan Morais

A 31-year-old commercial roofer from Milford, Massachusetts, Brendan made it all the way to Tayshia's final three before he self-eliminated. This sweet fan favorite is already tangled up in some BiP drama, but he should have no problem finding someone to couple up with by the poolside. How many turtlenecks are too many to bring to the beach?

Abigail Heringer

Adorable Abigail from Matt James' Bachelor season will return to make some connections on the coast in BiP. She won Matt's first impression rose and looked like a serious contender, but her time was ultimately cut too short on the show. She's 26 years old and works as a client financial manager in Beaverton, Oregon.

Victoria Larson

You'll also be seeing Queen Victoria again, the notorious Bachelor drama queen extraordinaire. It's hard to forget her, but as a refresher, Victoria is 28 years old and hails from Los Angeles, California. This go-around she's rocking a totally new look. She's blonde.

Jessenia Cruz

Jessenia, 28, works as a social media marketer in San Antonio, Texas. She made it almost to the end of Matt's season, but some iffy rumors about her past snuck up on her and ruined her chances. Here's hoping she'll squash any gossip on BiP so she can snag her very own happy ending this time around.

Serena Pitt

Serena P. ended up in Matt's final four and was so close to winning his heart. He even met the 23-year-old publicist's Canadian family. That's all in the past, and her chances look pretty good for a new Bachelor in Paradise ship.

Deandra Kanu

Deandra barely made a splash on Peter's season. This 25-year-old home care coordinator from Plano, Texas, was sent home early, but there's no place better than Paradise to get to know her.

Ivan Hall

Ivan made it all the way into Tayshia's final four guys but ultimately didn't have an opportunity to propose. He's 29 years old and works as an aeronautical engineer in Dallas, Texas. Here's hoping he'll be someone's number one on the beach.

Joe Amabile

That's right—Grocery Store Joe from Becca Kufrin's Bachelorette season is back to make some waves in paradise. After his breakup with Kendall Long, this 34-year-old grocery store owner from Chicago is single and ready to mingle.

Karl Smith

Karl got tangled up in some heavy drama on this season of The Bachelorette, and Katie sent him home. The rest of her guys totally backed up her decision, but perhaps fans will get to see a different side of Karl. Either way, this 34-year-old motivational speaker from Miami, Florida, is back for round two.

Kenny Braasch

Kenny is back to test the waters in Mexico. The 40-year-old boy band manager from Chicago competed for Tayshia's heart not so long ago. You'll have to watch to see how his stay on the shore goes.

Mari Pepin

Puerto Rican former beauty queen Mari from Matt's season of The Bachelor is beachbound. This 25-year-old marketing director and Miss Maryland 2019 is hoping to snag a diamond that's even bigger than the tiaras she's used to wearing.

Maurissa Gunn

Maurissa from Peter's season went home without a rose on the very first night. Paradise seems like the perfect chance to get to know this 25-year-old patient care coordinator from Atlanta, Georgia, much better.

Natasha Parker

Natasha was a strong competitor for Peter's heart until she was sent home during week seven. Tbd how this 33-year-old New York City-based event planner fares on the beach.

Noah Erb

Noah certainly ruffled some feathers on Tayshia's season, but he could find his match on the shore. As a refresher, he's a 26-year-old travel nurse from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Serena Chew

Serena C. held her own during Matt's Bachelor season until she was sent home during week six. She's 25 and coming to Mexico from San Francisco, California. Could this flight attendant fly right into another handsome contestant's arms?

Tahzjuan Hawkins

Tahzjuan is another BiP veteran from Castle Pines, Colorado. She's spent a short time on the beach in season six and also competed for Peter's heart. Tbd if the 25-year-old business development associate's experience gives her an advantage.

Tammy Ly

Tammy from Peter's season went home after a bitter gossip battle and drama with the other ladies. If she steers clear from any rumors and drama on the beach, this 26-year-old house flipper from Syracuse, New York, could find true love.

Wait, where's everyone else?

The rest of the hunks, villains, and other alums will be trickling in throughout this season. But Reality Steve already has a head start on some of the other names who might pop up again in Mexico. Watch out for:

Joe Park

The 37-year old anesthesiologist from New York City instantly became Bachelor Nation's sweetheart on Clare and Tayshia's season. Dubbed "most eligible doctor" by ABC, Joe is ready to hit the beach running later this Paradise season.

Blake Monar

Also from Tayshia and Clare's season, 32-year-old Blake is a male grooming specialist who's ready to make some waves in Mexico. The Phoenix, Arizona native packed up his life as a professional baseball player to start all over—an omen for this season, maybe?

Demar Jackson

Yet another contestant from Clare and Tayshia's season, spin cycling instructor Demar is a family man who made it pretty far on The Bachelorette. Tbd if the Scottsdale, Arizona native will have that much staying power at Playa Escondida, though.

Chasen Nick

33-year-old late arrival Chasen will have some pretty major beef with Becca when he first arrives, per Steve's latest spoilers. The IT account executive from San Diego, California, went the distance on Clare and Tayshia's season—let's just hope the drama doesn't end his stay in paradise before it begins.

Mykenna Dorn

Mykenna from Peter's season shows up late to try her luck again on the beach, according to Reality Steve. The 24-year-old Canadian has a lot in common with fellow Paradise contestant Serena Pitt—maybe some bonding is in order? Either way, this fashion blogger is ready to go all out (as a brunette, this time).

Ed Waisbrot

37-year-old outdoorsman Ed made it almost to the end of Tayshia and Clare's season. This health care salesman from Miami, Florida, is hoping this summer will change everything for him. Tbd on how long exactly he'll stick around, but just know you'll likely see him pop up soon.

Alana Milne

Poor Alana only made it to week two of Matt James' season. But this 27-year-old photographer from Toronto is looking forward to a much longer stay on this season of Paradise.

Chris Conran

While 28-year-old Chris was eliminated in week one of Clare and Tayshia's season, he already has a head start coming into Mexico. This landscape design salesman from Salt Lake City, Utah, is ready for a fresh start on the sand.

Alayah Benividez

26-year-old Alayah is a pageant queen who struck out twice on pilot Pete's season. The third time could be the charm for this former Miss Texas 2019 turned orthodontist assistant.

Chelsea Vaughn

Runway model Chelsea made it about halfway through Matt James' season before being sent back home to Brooklyn, New York. The 28-year-old is on her way to Mexico for a highly-anticipated do-over.
