'Bachelor' Nick Viall Just Made A Big Announcement With His Fiancée

Nick Viall has been a household name on Bachelor Nation ever since starring on both Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe’s seasons. And being The Bachelor for Season 21...and appearing on a slew of other Bachelor Nation shows.
And during all that time, Nick dated several ~important~ women, including Andi, Kaitlyn, and Jennifer Saviano. He even got engaged to special education teacher Vanessa Grimaldi during his season of The Bachelor.
Unfortunately for Nick, none of the relationships he formed on those shows lasted. However, he’s been in a relationship for over three years now and he seems really, really happy. Like, he's now engaged and is expecting his first child with this woman. So, who is Nick’s fiancée, Natalie Joy? Here’s what you need to know about her.
She met Nick on Instagram.
Natalie DMed him first, Nick told Insider in April 2021. “It was playful enough, and I guess it didn’t come across as weird?” he joked. They started dating not long after in July 2020, per People.
Nick publicly shared the news of his relationship in February 2021 on his podcast “The Viall Files,” although he didn’t name Natalie at the time. “It sounds so cheesy, but she does make me want to be better,” he sweetly said. “Everyone loves her. Without question, everyone likes her more than me. All of my friends.”
She’s a surgical technologist.
In case you’re not familiar, it means that Natalie helps out in the operating room. Surgical technologists usually do things like prepping the O.R. for surgery, sterilizing and supplying equipment, prepping patients for surgery, washing incision sites, and passing surgeons and nurses instruments and other supplies during surgery, per All Allied Health Schools.
She’s much younger than Nick.
At 24, Natalie is 18 years younger than Nick, 42. But they started dating over three years ago, when she was 21 and he was 39.
She loves a good swimsuit shot.

She’s a model, too.
Natalie's not ~just~ a surgical technologist. She also used to model—although it's unclear if she still does. She posted a bunch of photos of herself from Penida magazine in December 2020.
She became Nick's fiancée in early 2023.
Yup, these two are engaged! He popped the question on January 12, 2023, per People. "For the rest of my life, it’s you," he wrote in their joint Instagram post.
It seems like they're psyched to get married. "We're definitely anxious to get married," he told People. "We definitely didn't get engaged to have a long engagement, so it's been great. It's exciting."
She's expecting her first child with Nick.
They dropped the news in a joint Instagram post on August 8, 2023. "our biggest dream came true 🤍," Natalie captioned the photo.
