'The Bachelor' Finale: Fans Praise Gabi for This 'Real' Reaction

Gabi Elnicki is a real one for this.

The Bachelor finale aired last night on ABC and fans are praising one cast member, in particular, and it's not Zach Shallcross. 

Gabi Elnicki went viral after the Mar. 27 episode as fans took to Twitter to praise her for being a true friend—even though she was dumped by the bachelor in the process. 

When Elnicki was dropped off to talk to Shallcross during the final ceremony, she immediately knew that she wasn't going to be the one he chose. As she got out of the car, Elnicki stepped in some mud and proceeded to tell the producers not to drop Kaity Biggar (the other remaining contestant) off in that same spot so that she wouldn't have muddy shoes for her proposal.

"When it actually matters, when Kaity arrives, don't do that to her," she told the creative forces behind the reality series.

Fans loved the kind and self-aware gesture, quickly jumping on Twitter to sing her praises as this season's MVP. 

"Shout-out to Gabi for always being a real one," a fan wrote alongside a video capture of the moment.

Another user shared, "not only did Gabi know she wasn’t going to be picked, she asked the driver to be careful where to drop off Kaity because she didn’t want her shoes to get muddy for her engagement," adding, I will never recover…"

"Gabi making sure production doesn’t drop Kaity off in the mud like they did to her.  I’m feeling really bad for her," Barstool star Kelly Keegs tweeted.

"THEY PARKED IN THE MUD AND GABI JUST SAID “WHEN IT ACTUALLY MATTERS, WHEN KAITY ARRIVES, DON’T DO THAT TO HER” WHSBIWNZBDJAK SHE KNOWS," another fan exclaimed.

"The fact that Gabi told the drivers not to park in the mud when they drop of Kaity. God I love their friendship," another user wrote.

"Gabi cursing about the mud and the fact that they stopped there was so great and real bc like mud and heels? NO. Also her saying “don’t do that when Kaity gets here” is amazing. Girls don’t let other girls walk through squishy mud in heels. #TheBachelor," another fan wrote.

Elnicki revealed how she felt after she was turned down by Shallcross. 

“That was f–ing humiliating!” Elnicki said, sobbing uncontrollably in the car after being eliminated, adding, “I’ve been strung along this entire time now, for what? What really pisses me off is that I f–ing knew. I f–ing knew!"

Fans also loved her for divulging the realest advice, "When your gut speaks, you should listen to it."
