  • It looks like Victoria Fuller, a contestant on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor, was arrested for a DUI a few years ago.

  • She’s currently in Peter’s top four.

Part of being a Bachelor contestant means that your past is going to be dug through by ABC producers/thousands of members of Bachelor Nation. Even just this season, when contestant Sydney Hightower said that she was bullied high school, Twitter was flooded with photos of her winning “Top 5 Beauties” in her HS yearbook. The same sort of thing happened to Hannah Ann Sluss—when she said that she had never been in love before, the internet dug through her old Instagrams and pointed out the fact that she dated someone for three years.

Which is why it’s a little surprising that this info about Victoria Fuller is coming out so late in the game: According to Page Six, Victoria was arrested for a DUI back in 2017 while in her hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Per the outlet, Victoria was sentenced to a year in jail, but the sentence was suspended, and she was given two years probation and had to pay a fine. In addition, her license was restricted for a year, and she was only allowed to drive to court-approved destinations.

And this is all on top of the most recent Victoria drama (there’s a bunch), which involves Peter’s ex-girlfriend Merissa Pence claiming that Victoria threatened her the first time that they met! Merissa told Us Weekly, “We became friends when I moved back from Los Angeles about three years ago. Our first encounter was that she told me she was going to slash my tires because I was hanging out with one of her ex-boyfriends.”

Um, yikes!
