This season on The Bachelor, Matt James had nearly 40 women vying for his heart. Now, he's down to his final four ladies—one of whom is 24-year-old Bri Springs, a communications manager from San Francisco. She sidestepped the drama and zeroed in on her relationship with Matt from the very start—and she's got the roses to prove it.

After scoring an early one-on-one date, Bri has held a special place in Matt's heart. Now, she'll find out if her family feels the same way about him on their "hometown" date. (Reminder: This was all filmed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, so instead of Matt traveling to Bri's actual hometown, The Bachelor has brought Bri's loved ones to Nemacolin for a safe meet-the-family moment.)

But who is Bri Springs, exactly? Here's everything to know about her:

She works in tech in San Francisco.

At least, she did at the beginning of filming. "A few days ago, I did something really big. I had to resign from my position to be here," Bri told Matt during week seven. "I knew that was a decision I was going to have to make. But after weighing what this journey could mean for me, to give me that opportunity to find love with someone—with you specifically, I thought it was worth it."

Well, host Chris Harrison previously hinted that Bri has a serious—and mysterious—tech career.

"I'm not allowed to say what tech company, and I don't want to put her job in jeopardy," he explained. "But it is a big one, so much so that she almost wasn't on the show because she didn't want to give up this amazing job. Legit career." (Some companies would be wary of having their staffers appear on the dating show, since things can sometimes get, uh, ridiculous in Bachelor Nation.)

"With her professional life intact," her Bachelor bio says, "she is ready to focus on her personal life and find the man of her dreams."

Bri loves music festivals.

Her Instagram account only has 22 posts on it, but a handful of them are from music festivals. One of them is definitely Coachella.

She also goes to the beach. A lot.

Most weekends, Bri goes hiking, heads to the park, or hangs out at nearby beaches, per her official ABC bio. She dreams of moving to Hawaii (Kauai, specifically) and wants to "live the island life eating nothing but sushi, swimming in the ocean, and hiking."

Towards the beginning of the pandemic, while working remotely at her tech job, she had a "sweet li'l escape" at a house in Malibu.

Bri's also traveled to multiple, gorgeous tropical islands and shared all the photos to prove it.

Bri comes from a line of strong women.

She was raised by her mother and grandmother "who made countless sacrifices to give her a fighting shot at having a successful life," her Bachelor bio says. Bri's family inspired her to work hard in school, and she "always outworked everyone around her because she learned early on that everything in life was earned not promised."

Bri opened up to Matt on their first date about her relationship with her mom. She revealed that her mother was very young when Bri was born, so they actually look more like sisters than mother and daughter. It's been difficult for Bri adjusting to life with her new baby sister, as well.

And she wants to be a mom, too.

Bri says she's hoping to have "two or three kids" one day. Bri also wants a partner who can "challenge her and keep life interesting," per her ABC bio.

"Brunching" is one of her favorite activities.

This, from her ABC bio. Maybe that means a cute brunch date is in store for her and Matt? A gal can dream about bottomless mimosas with the Bachelor, right?

Bri has two tattoos.

She has one her right rib cage that reads "thirteen" in Farsi, per her ABC bio. She also has a wave on her left wrist, probably because she loves the beach.

Bri denounced racism with the rest of the season 25 cast.

She and her fellow contestants shared a groundbreaking statement in response to Chris Harrison's interview with former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay.

So, does Bri win Matt's heart?

(SPOILER ALERT: DO NOT CONTINUE READING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW HOW THE SEASON ENDS.)

No, but she gets very close. She gets a rose during hometowns, but Matt sends her home after overnight dates. Bri comes in third, and many fans are speculating she has a shot at becoming the next Bachelorette.
