Baby Rescue Kangaroo Takes Her Very First Steps in Adorable Footage

The Kangaroo Sanctuary Alice Springs is a 188 acre wildlife sanctuary for  rescued orphaned baby kangaroos and adult kangaroos. The sanctuary recently shared a video of one of their rescue joeys named Pippa taking her very first steps outside and it's just beautiful.

Watch the following to see little Pippa explore the world for the very first time.

The adorable video was shared by the TikTok account for @thekangaroosanctuary and everyone has fallen in love with precious little Pippa. One person sweetly commented, "She's a wee expert at kangarooing." @Sjaan adds, "Omg she is so cute and so brave well done little Pippa!!!" @Right replies, "Pippa is such an expert already I am so proud of her and I would love to give her a hug" @Anne hilariously comments, "I love Italian greyhounds." She does sort of look like an Italian greyhound!

The video description explains, "It’s time for Pippa to come out of the pouch so she can strengthen her muscles and learn to stand and hop. We slowly build up the time out of the pouch over many months." Hopping is a crucial skill for baby kangaroos to learn and it's crucial for them to survive when they are in the wild.

If you've ever wanted to see a baby kangaroo make "biscuits" just like a kitty does, well, you're in for a treat.

We just love seeing this little orphan joey grow, she is just too cute! If you would like more information about The Kangaroo Sanctuary, you can visit their website here.
