Awkward Alert: Meghan Markle’s Ex Gets Engaged 2 Weeks After the Royal Wedding
Turns out we aren’t the only ones who felt inspired by the royal wedding.
Meghan Markle’s ex-husband, Trevor Engelson, reportedly popped the question to his girlfriend, Tracey Kurland, on Friday in Napa Valley (aka two weeks after the royal wedding), according to the Daily Mail.
The producer and talent manager is said to have announced the news on his private Instagram account with the caption, “Luckiest guy I know! Get ready to party.” He and his nutritionist fiancée have been dating since November 2017, ya know, right around when Harry and Meghan announced their engagement.
Before Meghan was the Duchess of Sussex, she and Engelson married in Jamaica in 2011, after dating for seven years. They separated in August 2013, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and divorced a year later.
