Avoid These Mindsets If You’re Committed to Supporting Black-Owned Brands

So you’ve purchased an item or two, put a Black square on your Instagram, and name-dropped a few brands in your Instagram Stories. Now what? Knowing how to support Black-owned beauty businesses is something I realize a lot of people could use help with. Optics are great and all, but there are so many other ways to put your money where your mouth is and more importantly, challenge yourself to reexamine everything you thought you knew about equity in the beauty industry.
