LIZA AZCONA: That actually sounds terrifying. Oh no, I truly don't know if I want to put my hair in there. I don't trust it. God, I can already see this going very badly.

What's up, guys, it's Lisa, and this is in the nose pretty beautiful. Today, I'm going to be testing out conyers unbound cordless automatic curler. If you're on TikTok chances are you've probably seen this hair product or a very similar version of it.

It claims to make on the go hairstyling easier because it is portable, cordless, and rechargeable. I also will be comparing this gadget to a classic curling wand to see if it's actually worth it. Before I get started, I'm going to first adjust the settings on the screen. You can toggle between three different heat settings, four different timers, and choose the direction of the curl.

First make sure you use heat protectant and detangle your hair. According to the label smaller sections work best for longer hair. I'm going to take this piece and insert it into the chamber. Once it's in there, press the start button to begin curling. And it should be held continuously until you hear the timer go off with two rapid beeps.

Release the Start button and pull the curler down to reveal the curl. Oh my God, look at that curl it's literally perfect. It's bouncy, I'm shook. Let me go ahead and curl a few more strands to get a better feel of what it looked like.

My hair doesn't really hold these types of curls too well so I'll definitely be using hairspray. Now I'm going to curl a couple of strands with a classic curling wand to compare final looks. All right so the automatic curler was super easy to use.

My hair did not get stuck in there, thank God. But I do think you need a lot of patience for this tool, it's a bit time consuming. I do feel like it created a much tighter curl than I would typically prefer. When I tried curling larger sections, it didn't work too well.

I think this product is more suited for people with shorter hair. I definitely felt more in control of the type of curl I wanted to create with the classic curling wand. It was nice to decide whether I wanted tight curls, loose curls, or wavy curls.

I didn't necessarily feel that same sense of freedom with the automatic curler. Overall, I could see myself using this again. I'm not the best at curling my hair with a curling wand so this tool is definitely helpful. Thank you so much for watching.
