Almost a year to the day after his birth, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's bb's name has been revealed, and we're pleased to inform you that it's *drumroll, pls* RZA Athelston Mayers!!! The news was first confirmed yesterday by The Daily Mail.

Oh, and FYI, the name doesn't just sound cool, but it's also thought to be in honor of producer and rapper RZA, who is the de facto leader of the Wu-Tang Clan. Hindsight is clearly 20/20 on this one since Rihanna has been spotted out and about wearing Wu-Tang Clan merch (and specifically RZA T-shirts) since giving birth. Observe:

As for baby RZA's middle name? That, too, culls major inspo from another creative close to the couple, as A$AP Rocky's non-stage name is Rakim Athelaston Mayers. Obsessed!

Currently, Rihanna is pregnant with the couple's second child, which she kept under wraps until her iconic halftime show at this year's Super Bowl, which sent Twitter spiraling after she seemingly revealed the epic surprise within the first moments of taking the stage. Following her performance, the singer's rep officially confirmed the pregnancy to the Hollywood Reporter, and it was pretty much the only thing anyone spoke about for weeks.

Interestingly enough, a source told Us Weekly back in May 2022 that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky wanted another child soon, saying, “They want a big family for sure. Rihanna loved being pregnant and fully embraced her pregnancy body.” The publication *also* noted the couple wanted their second baby “sooner rather than later.” Mission = accomplished.

More recently, after the duo quite literally shut down the Met Gala red carpet (no, like, they were actually the last to arrive, but the pics and subliminal 'fit messages were well worth the wait), they spoke with Entertainment Tonight and dished about expanding their family. “It's so different from the first one,” Rihanna shared. “No cravings. Tons of nausea. Everything's different, but I'm enjoying it...I feel good. I feel energetic.”
