Attention, Shoppers: Groupon Is Offering Annual Costco Memberships for Just $60

If you've been thinking of investing in a Costco membership, the time to get one is now. (Especially while they have jumbo carving pumpkins in stock.) Groupon currently has a deal for a one-year Costco membershipand it costs just $60.

The Costco Gold Star Membership Package has a value of $148.98, which makes Groupon's offer about 60% offthat's quite the steal if you ask us. According to the listing, the exclusive offer comes with the annual membership and a number of perks, including:

  • A $20 Costco gift card, which can be used on any purchase

  • Free 152-pack container of Kirkland Signature Ultra Clean HE Laundry Detergent Pacs

  • Free 12-roll pack of Kirkland Signature Create-a-Size Paper Towels

  • $10 off fresh meat, excluding deli items

  • $25 an order of $250 or more from Costco.com

The offer is only available in the United States, but it is valid at every location in the country. If you sign up for this deal, a membership card will not only be given to the primary cardholder (the person who buys it) but also anyone who's 18 or older living in the same house.

Now, before you run and grab your wallet, there are a few requirements for the membership. First off, you either must be a new member, or your membership needed to expire no later than May 1, 2019, which means it is "not valid for renewal of an existing Costco membership." And to qualify for all the incentives, you need to sign up for an auto-renewal membership using a Visa credit card. If you decide to not do the auto-renewal option, you can still get the membership, but you'll miss out on the coupons.

There's also a deadline for several offers in the deal. You must redeem your Groupon voucher for a Costco Membership Activation Certificate by December 31, 2019. (If you don't, you'll be refunded the $60.) You also need to bring the certificate to a Costco location by January 31, 2020.

Although Groupon doesn't reveal when the offer expires, it does have "limited time remaining," according to the site, so you'll want to act fast.
