Attend The Inaugural Festival de Vino Mexicano In Los Angeles

Our neighbors to the south have been cooking up delicious food and wine scenes all over the country for decades, and while the food has permeated into the culture quite well, it's still relatively hard to find Mexican wines available in wine bars, restaurants, and retail stores throughout the United States. MÍRATE, in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, is offering a diverse lineup of wine tastings, seminars, and food collaborations to showcase wineries and chefs from Mexico & Baja California. A portion of ticket sale proceeds will be donated to This is About Humanity. Tickets can be purchased here.

To celebrate Mexican culture while diversifying the city’s perception of Mexican cuisine and spirits, MÍRATE is bringing together the finest chefs and vintners from Mexico and Baja California for a weekend of tasting events, seminars and food collaborations that will provide purveyors a platform to share their exceptional stories with Angelenos. The event, which will primarily take place outdoors in the restaurant’s back lot, is in collaboration with partners including Resy, This is About Humanity, Mexico in a Bottle, La Competencia Imports and Baja California Norte Tourism.

During the three-day event, vintners from over 20 of the most prestigious wineries that Mexico has to offer, will be served alongside creative cocktails and show-stopping cuisine from seven of Mexico and Southern California’s top chefs. From food and wine tastings to private dinners and curated dining experiences.
