Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens Celebrate Wedding of Brant Daugherty and Kimberly Hidalgo

I love love!

Their days as Wildcat rivals may be behind them, but Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens have continued to keep their friendship alive ever since. Most recently, the High School Musical stars stood together as bridesmaids while Pretty Little Liars alum Brant Daugherty said “I do” alongside his now-wife Kimberly Hidalgo on Saturday, June 15.

As People reports, Brant and Kimberly exchanged vows in Northern California surrounded by their closest friends and family. “We’re so excited to start this next chapter as husband and wife!” the newly married couple told People in a statement.

Pictures on Instagram show that Kimberly had six bridesmaids, all dressed in varying grey gowns, including Ashley and Vanessa. “We’re ready for you @kimhidalgo!!” Ashley wrote alongside a cute shimmying boomerang.

Ashley and Vanessa have been close since their Disney days, with Vanessa describing her former costar’s role in her life by saying: “She’s one of those girlfriends who will be my friend forever.” And while fate hasn’t brought them back on the big screen together (yet), it’s definitely something both actors hope for. “Somewhere down the line, it would be so fun,” Vanessa said in a 2017 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “We love each other so much.”

And speaking of love — Brant and Kimberly’s wedding day was undoubtedly full of it. The couple reportedly met via a dating app approximately three years ago, and became engaged on Valentine’s Day 2018 during a trip abroad to Amsterdam.

“I’ve never been so nervous in my life... and I’ve danced on live television,” Brant wrote on Instagram the following year about their proposal. “I kept cracking my knuckles and rambling about nothing to fill the silences on our walk. Risky to ask a girl to marry you in the middle of a vacation. Because like, what if she says no? Do we just keep sightseeing? Lucky for me, she said yes. We’ve been engaged an entire year and it’s been the best year of my life.”
