Ashley Graham Is Expecting Her Second Child
Congratulations are in order for Ashley Graham and her husband, Justin Ervin.
The supermodel—and Vogue cover star—announced today on Instagram that she is expecting her second child. To share the news, she posted a photo to Instagram taken by Ervin himself, with Graham wrapped in a long white button down, her burgeoning baby bump exposed. The moody image saw the model standing barefoot in a meadow, with a sweeping vista of a misty forest as the backdrop.
“The past year has been full of tiny surprises, big griefs, familiar beginnings and new stories. I’m just beginning to process and celebrate what this next chapter means for us,” she wrote, tagging her husband.
The news comes a year and a half after the home birth of their son, Isaac Menelik Giovanni Ervin. Since then, Graham has been vocal about the realities of motherhood. In February, she posted a picture wearing postpartum underwear. “No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new moms go through,” she wrote. A month later, she spoke to Vogue about being a new mom during the coronavirus pandemic.
