Ashley Benson's Tiny New Tattoo Might Be a Tribute to Cara Delevingne

Fans still don't know if Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson are officially engaged, but based on their inked adoration for one another, it's clear the sparks are definitely flying. After previously debuting a set of matching tattoos, Ashley shared her latest and tiniest tribute to Cara.

As pointed out by Bustle, the noted celeb tattoo artist JonBoy shared a photograph of the recent work he completed for Ashley. In the photo, the former Pretty Little Liars star shows off a tiny new tattoo on her right side that reads "squish."

At first glance, you may not realize how the word squish ties into Ashley's relationship with Cara, but PopSugar broke it down. Back in April, Cara shared a photograph from when she was younger, and she captioned the adorable #TBT moment with, "This is a very rare picture of me in a dress looking pleased with myself because I most probably had shorts on underneath. Once a squish, always a squish. My head was half fringe, half face. Squished." It would now stand to reason that Ashley's tat might possibly be referring to this photo, and JonBoy kind of confirmed it, writing, "I love love" as the caption on his photograph of the tattoo.

The true intentions behind Ashley's tattoo, and whether it's a reference to Cara can't be officially confirmed, but it's definitely for certain that the duo are very much enjoying their time together. Back in June, Ashley and Cara made their relationship Instagram official, and posed for a video that showed them kissing. It was only days later that Cara confirmed that the two had been dating for a year. Since then, there's been some speculation that the pair might have gotten engaged, but nothing has been confirmed. For now, we'll keep our eyes out for any cute additional ink tributes — and inside jokes — from these two.
