Pretty Little Liars may be a show centered around rumors and facades, but Ashley Benson (who played our fave Hanna Marin) is here to be real AF about photoshopping.

In a recent interview with Stylecaster, Ashley opens up about the first ever PLL posters. She revealed that when she first saw the posters she thought "it was crazy," because "nobody looked like themselves."

She claims: "Even for magazine covers, they’ll photoshop out a mole, make your boobs bigger or your waist four sizes smaller, and you’re like, 'That’s not even me,'" she says. She additionally admits, "You never know how [any picture of yourself is going] to turn out because you have no control and you’re not editing the photos, but it sucks when you’re like, 'Wow. That’s a completely different person.'"

In the end, it's the entire industry that Ashley takes issue with. "It’s the same everywhere. It’s the same way on the posters of our show and even in women’s magazines. This industry seems to invest more in perfection than in flaw."
