Ashley Benson Debuted a Tiny Milkshake Tattoo
When it comes to showcasing a permanent love of snacks, Ashley Benson's tattoo collection officially has her covered. After previously debuting a tattoo ode to french fries, the Pretty Little Liars star added the perfect complementing ink and unveiled a mini milkshake tattoo.
Instagram followers were among the first to see the new ink, with Benson sharing a picture of the new tattoo completed by tattoo artist Nene. The tat, created using black ink, features a frothy milkshake complete with a cherry on top. Along with the perfect topping, the delightful desert ink comes with a striped straw, whipped cream, and a detailed glass cup.
As for placement, the shake is on the inside of Benson's arm and sits near a small star and a piece of scripted writing that reads Grammy, in honor of her grandmother. The shake tattoo, which was placed on her left arm, sits just opposite the “pommes frites” tattoo on her right arm, which was completed by tattoo artist JonBoy.
Based on a recent count, PopSugar reports that Benson has more than 14 tattoos, including the word California on her back, a cross on her right wrist, and the phrase "We're all mad here" from Alice in Wonderland.
Along with tattoos that reference personal memories and ink in honor of snacks, Benson also has at least one tattoo that serves as a tribute to her PLL days. When the show wrapped in 2016, the cast all received matching finger tattoos. Each actor selected the first initial of their character, meaning that Benson has a small H on her finger as an ode to Hanna Marin.
There's no word from Benson on what inspired this latest tattoo, but as we all know, fries and a milkshake were definitely made for one another.
