Arrow’s Katie Cassidy Marries Matthew Rodgers in Key West: See the First Photo

Congratulations to Katie Cassidy and Matthew Rodgers. The couple married this weekend in a sunset ceremony in Key West, Florida, following an extended engagement.

Cassidy took to Instagram to share the first photo, a kissing snapshot taken by 4 Eyes Photography. “I can’t help falling in love with you… YES!” the actress expressed. “It’s official #MrsRodgers.”

The star concluded with a proclamation of “I love you my husband.”

For the nuptials, Cassidy wore a long-sleeve lace gown by Pronovias. The bride accessorized the gown with a chic bridal beauty look with a simple twisted chignon.

Cassidy announced she was engaged in June 2017, after Rodgers had proposed during a romantic dinner. “I can’t wait to spend forever with you my darling!!” she wrote a the time. “I’m the luckiest girl in the whole world. I [love] YOU to the moon and back @mattyice432.”

Jeweler Chase Gregory designed an elaborate ring for the actress–a marquise engagement ring totaling over 5 carats. “The bride who proudly wears a marquise shape diamond doesn’t play by the normal rules of style. She is strong willed and fierce. She most certainly stands out in a crowd,” Gregory told The Knot at the time. “I already have other notable clients who purchased marquise shapes and just haven’t popped the question.”
