Ariel Winter and her long-time beau, Levi Meaden, have reportedly broken up after almost three years together.

The breakup was first reported by Us Weekly, who noted that the couple hasn't been seen together since August. They also reported that Ariel was spotted with a mystery man at a restaurant in October.

The couple first started dating in November 2016 and Levi moved into Ariel's home in May 2017, which garnered a lot of controversy over their age difference.

"My boyfriend and I live together and he cooks," Ariel revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. "I can't cook at all. He takes care of all that handy stuff. He's great at that. I can bake a pie occasionally — pumpkin and apple. I baked those two the other day. They were edible."

She defended their choice for taking the next step together in a talk with Refinery29.

"I'm happy, and whatever people want to say, they can say," she said. "I don't understand why someone would even comment on our situation at all. There are tons of people of all ages that live with their boyfriend. There are tons of people that live with their girlfriends, [and] tons of people that don't live together and are super happy. But I'm super happy in the arrangement that we have. We love living together. It's just great."

They also got matching tattoos together back in June 2017, two halves of a heart and a cheese wedge and a jar of peanut butter.

So far, Ariel and Levi have kept things pretty quiet about their breakup and Ariel is certainly busy filming the final season of Modern Family, which is set to end in May 2020. Levi has also been a part of a number projects recently including the Netflix original mini-series, Unspeakable, and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The two reported exes are following each other on Instagram, so it seems like the breakup could've been totally mutual between them.
