In honor of Ariana Grande's 27th birthday, her long time friend and former Victorious costar, Matt Bennett decided to pay tribute to the singer by covering one of her biggest hits, "7 Rings."

The actor worked with producer Shintaro Yasuda in order to create the emo-punk version of Ariana's song. The song even features Matt's version of the Thank U, Next album cover, with a photo of him upside down of the floor, wearing Ari's merch.

Along with "7 Rings," Matt and Shintaro actually covered all of Thank U, Next, calling their tribute album, Thank Me, Next. So far, Matt has also released his version of Ariana's songs "Needy" and "Bloodline."

Ariana shared her appreciation for the album on Twitter, writing, "Out every-thinged the original. Truly the best, most insane surprise ever. Love u so much! Please post in my head next."

Ariana and Matt have been close since their time on Victorious together. Matt was even featured in Ariana's iconic music video for "Thank U, Next" and he joined her on stage during her tour last November.

It seems like Matt will be releasing the rest of Thank Me, Next one at a time, so keep an eye on his YouTube page for more.
