Ariana Grande Works Her Seriously Toned Legs In A Brand New IG Video

ICYMI: Ariana Grande got married in May—and she seems super in love. Apparently, the honeymoon vibes are still flowing, because the Grammy Award-winning singer just shared the sweetest photo and video of herself with her hubby, Dalton Gomez, on Instagram.

In the post, Dalton and Ariana are dressed up—he’s in a suit; She’s in a lacy LBD—as they cuddle and kiss for the camera. But while the scene is beyond adorable and total couple goals, it’s hard to miss the fact that Ariana is working toned legs for days.

People were all over it in the comments: “Most gorgeous couple ever 😍,” one wrote. “It’s the leg for me,” another said.

OK, but we need to talk about those legs. Ariana is actually big into walking, telling PopSugar that she works with her trainer, Harley Pasternak, to get in at least 12,000 steps a day. (Pasternak, if you remember, also works with Jessica Simpson and helped her lose 100 pounds through walking.) Ariana said she’s really into her daily steps goal.

“I feel better when I'm moving around a lot,” she said. “I can do a really hard workout and sit around all day, but still not feel as good as if I was dancing or getting my steps backstage in the arena. I love the steps rule.”

Pasternak told PopSugar that his famous client will hit her steps either through dancing or “watching her favorite movies while walking down the treadmill really slowly…I can't imagine her being still."

That’s not ~all~ she does, though. Ariana is into Pilates and has shared snaps on Instagram of herself posing on a reformer, a specialized machine that helps you get all-over tone.

Ariana eats well, too, and became a vegan back in 2014 after watching the Forks Over Knives documentary, which makes a case for plant-based eating. Ari made the announcement on Twitter, writing, “I've eaten organically since I was little and always kept meat minimal but today marks my first day as a 100% Vegan!!!! Joyous day.”

Ariana said her health and love of animals played a role in her decision to go vegan. "I love animals more than I love most people, not kidding," she told The Mirror. "But I am a firm believer in eating a full plant-based, whole-food diet that can expand your life length and make you an all-round happier person.” Ariana admitted that it’s “tricky” to eat out. But, she added, “I just stick to what I know–veggies, fruit, and salad–then, when I get home, I’ll have something else."

She’s big on nuts, too, telling Shape that she always keeps almonds and cashews with her. "They make great healthy snacks to keep me energized throughout my day!" she said.
