Ariana Grande uses Nintendo Labo to recreate her new single

On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Ariana Grande, along with help from Fallon and The Roots, recreated her single “No Tears Left To Cry” using Nintendo Labo. For those who don’t know what Nintendo Labo is, Fallon explained it as best he could. “So this thing Labo is like cardboard—corrugated, I guess? You can bend this cardboard stuff, and then you put the video system in. You can make robots, you can make all sorts of fun stuff,” Fallon said. One of those fun things you can make with the Labo is musical instruments, and after a little bit of practice, they actually sound like real instruments. Fallon said that they got the song right on the second take, which is pretty impressive considering these are real musicians playing cardboard with something roughly the size of an iPad Mini attached to it. Of course, it probably helped that The Roots are incredibly talented musicians and Grande is an incredible singer.
