Ariana Grande Teases ‘Wicked’ Fans With Behind-the-Scenes Photos of Cast

The highly-anticipated movie is currently filming.

Ariana Grande continues to embody Glinda the Good Witch by gifting fans some behind-the-scenes photos from filming for Wicked.

Grande, 29, shared a bunch of photos on Instagram with the caption, "up to (no) good 🫧 🧹."

The first few photos show Grande and her co-star, Cynthia Erivo, who plays Elphaba, rocking beautifully patterned dresses at an event, with the two holding hands as they pose.

Another photo shows the two women holding hands while out at dinner, while the last picture is angled at Grande's feet, showing off her all-pink outfit, while director Jon M. Chu's feet are across from her.

Grande and Erivo are the two main stars of the Wicked film, which will be released in two parts, and the women are clearly bonding throughout the filmmaking process.

Celebrity stylist Mimi Cuttrell commented on the post, "beautiful ladies! counting down the days 🥹🥹."

Cuttrell and Grande are close, as Grande commented multiple times on Cuttrell's post of the event the cast attended, writing things like, "i missed you so much," "please come back tomorrow," followed by, "and never leave."

Actor and singer Ben Platt wrote "angels of talent," while West Side Story's Rachel Zegler gushed, "two of my most favorite girls."

Fans were just as thrilled to see the photos, with one cheering, "ive literally can’t think of anything to say other than how much i just adore this duo 🥹😭."

"two icons!!! so excited!!! 🥹💚💗😭," exclaimed another.

Along with Grande and Erivo, Wicked also stars Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Bowen Yang as Pfannee, and more.

Previously, the first part of Wicked was set to be released at Christmas in 2024, but it has since been moved up to Nov. 27, 2024. The second part is due out in December 2025.
