Ariana Grande, 29, showed off her new collection from R.E.M. Beauty titled, “Thank U, Next,” a reference to her hit song. The pop star used the Vitamin String Quartet cover of her song (the one used in Bridgerton!) as the soundtrack for the introduction of her new R.E.M. Beauty collection on social media Wednesday, Jan 18).

Ariana Grande Wears A Cinched ‘Barbiecore’ Top To Promote Her New Makeup Collection

The blonde superstar, who’s currently filming the movie-screen adaption of Wicked, captioned the clip, “our limited edition @r.e.m.beauty ‘thank u, next’ collection is out now on rembeauty.com. It includes ~ a brand new midnight shadows eyeshadow palette, a pair of pink [crystallized], faux mink lashes, an XL version of our #utmostimportance plumping gloss, and of course our classic midnight black liquid liner. we hope you enjoy!!!” This isn’t the first time Grande has worked with R.E.M Beauty.

Obviously, fans of the “7 Rings” singer couldn’t get enough of her in the video. One fan commented, “She keeps getting prettier everyday,” and another wrote, “You cannot imagine how much we love u and were so proud of you!! keep it up my love <3.”

Others focused on the artist’s choice to use the instrumental rendition of “Thank U, Next” made popular by its inclusion in the first season of the hit Netflix series Bridgerton. “Ari+bridgerton’s version of thank u next= perfection,” one follower opined in the comments section.

Recently, Grande returned to RuPaul’s Drag Race as the guest judge for the season 15 premiere. She first appeared in the workroom disguised as Ornacia, the mannequin head first introduced by the season 6 drag queen, Vivacious. Ariana unzipped the Ornacia head to reveal herself, and said, “Mother has arrived,” paying tribute to Vivacious by quoting her during her original reveal all those years ago. Grande also rocked a pleated mini skirt and matching thigh-high boots. This episode had “7 Rings” as the song that the bottom two queens lip-synched for their lives to.

Ariana Grande Proves That She’s Still A Singer On TikTok

Although Grande has been busy lately with other projects, like being a Voice coach, when fans started wondering why she hadn’t released new music in almost two years, she wanted to remind them that she’s always a singer first. Grande shared a cover of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow,” a reference to her involvement in the film Wicked, on Tiktok. Her fans were obsessed with this little treat.

The video shows her with a pink, chunky sweater over her head. She sings the naturally stunning cover with her eyes closed. singing with her eyes closed. Grande’s cover showcases her vocal range and capacity to perform all styles of music, from pop music to classical.

In the caption, Grande explained that she was very busy filming her new movie, which is why she hadn’t released any new music. “[I] wanted to sing you a little something but don’t want to sing anything that is not ‘Ozian’ at the moment. keeping to my little bubble for now … done with lots of love,” she wrote.

Wicked is based on the incredibly successful Broadway musical and it’s one of the most awaited films of all time. In 2021, it was announced that Grande would be performing the role of Glinda, the “Good Witch” of Oz and the film’s co-lead. Grande will be starring alongside Cynthia Erivo, 36, who’s playing the role of Elphaba. Much of the film’s production has been kept under wraps. But, we do know that Wicked will be split into two parts with the first movie set to premiere on Christmas Eve of 2024.
