Ariana Grande Sends Kim Kardashian a Gift amid Her Pete Davidson Romance

Ariana Grande and Kim Kardashian's relationship is a masterclass in how to be friendly to your ex's new partner.

This past weekend, the "7 Rings" singer sent a package of goodies from her new beauty line, R.E.M. Beauty, to Kardashian–a.k.a. the girlfriend of her ex fiancé, Pete Davidson.

Kardashian shared the sweet package, which included various lip products and colorful balms, to her Instagram Story. She also made sure to tag the brand and Grande.

Grande opened up about launching the beauty line last year. "I decided to name it r.e.m., because I feel like that song really encompasses a lot of my favorite parts of my sound sonically," she said in a Zoom call with Harper's BAZAAR Beauty Editor Jenna Rosenstein. "And also, REM stands for rapid eye movement: focusing on dreams and focusing on the eyes, and eyes being kind of like our best way to articulate—better than you can with words sometimes."

Grande and Davidson started dating and got engaged in 2018, though the couple ended their short-lived engagement later that same year.

Meanwhile, Grande and Kardashian developed a friendly relationship long before either started dating the Saturday Night Live comedian. The Grammy-winning singer had appeared on a 2019 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and had the family's matriarch, Kris Jenner, make a cameo in her "Thank U, Next" music video. The mom of four also previously visited Grande backstage with daughter North during a 2017 concert in Inglewood, California.
