Ariana Grande Responds to Fan Accusing Her of Cheating on Her Ex Mac Miller
Ariana Grande returned to Instagram this week, allowing people to comment on her posts again after she took a brief break at the end of June because of the toxicity. But she still has no patience for negativity. Grande particularly came out hard when one fan accused her of having cheated on her ex Mac Miller. "I didn't but go off," she wrote. "Can u like .... go stan someone else? Ur boring."

Why was Grande accused of that? It has to do with the timeline of her breakup and then new relationship with Davidson. Grande formally announced her and Miller's breakup on May 10; they had dated for two years. But a source told E! that while the two officially split after Coachella in April, the relationship had been long over before.
Reports of Grande's relationship with now-fiancé Pete Davidson began 10 days after the breakup announcement, on May 20. Grande was first publicly seen wearing her engagement ring on June 2.
That same Instagram user also took a jab at Davidson, writing, "Pete Davidson will be the song I skip all the time." (Grande named a song after her fiancé on her upcoming album Sweetener.) "Awwwww boo fucking hoo Alexa play Pete Davidson," Grande sarcastically shot back.
Miller did publicly comment on Davidson and Grande's engagement, indicating he had no hard feelings. "Like the whole thing is a little strange, but it's not negative," he told Zane Lowe on Apple Music's Beats 1 at the end of June. "It's just a part of something that's going to continue to help make me who I am. It's all positive energy. I am happy for her in moving forward with her life, just as I'm sure she is with me."
