Ariana Grande Responds to Everyone Thinking She’s on Kanye’s New Album ‘Donda’
Kanye West finally released his new album Donda over the weekend, and a rumor immediately popped up that Ariana Grande had made a surprise appearance on the album’s title track. Which…nope! Kanye actually collaborated on this song with recording artist Stalone.
As Pop Crave reports, Ariana hit Instagram to clear up confusion and send some congratulations Stalone’s way, saying, “You sound beautiful.”

According to Elite Daily, not only were fans absolutely convinced this was Ariana’s voice, but Genius briefly listed her as being featured. But Stalone also hopped on Twitter to clear up the confusion, writing, “I love Ari and so grateful that my vocals would even be compared to hers.”

Glad that’s cleared up, and huge congrats to Stalone!
Also, side note: Remember how Kim Kardashian fully showed up to Donda’s most recent listening event in a wedding gown? It’s been a whole ~thing~, but according to People, Kimye are simply getting along and co-parenting at the moment—not getting back together.
“They have come a long way since Kim filed for divorce,” a source said. “It’s taken them months to get to this point. Kim is happy that they get along and that things are amicable. The kids will always be her number one priority. She wants to have a friendly relationship with Kanye, because it benefits the kids,” says the insider. Filing for divorce was always the most difficult decision for Kim. She only filed because they had issues that they couldn’t solve. She will always love Kanye though.”
