After Ariana Grande posted an Instagram Story alluding to a new apartment, fans think she and rumored fiancee Pete Davidson have moved in together.

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson haven't been shy about dropping coy social media clues regarding their relationship. From an appearance made in Hogwarts robes to cryptic, but romantic tweets, the pair have been using their social media platforms as a means to display their affection. The clues are apparently set to continue, as Ariana may have revealed that the two are now living together.

In an Instagram Story posted over the weekend on Saturday (June 16), Ariana made reference to a new apartment, Refinery 29 has pointed out. The post, which featured an appearance from Spongebob Squarepants, had the singer referencing a new place. "Us in our new apartment with no furniture 1 speaker and red vines," she wrote.

The caption doesn't directly name Pete as the "us" in this situation, but fans have started speculating that it means the two are living together. Those on Twitter have started asking about the post, tweeting, "WAIT.... did Pete and Ariana get an apartment??" Others were feeling out of the loop, tweeting, "Wait so Pete and Ariana bought a NYC apartment together!!!! I’m late." And some pointed out that it appeared Ariana did indeed end up buying some furniture, and even used the opportunity as a chance to have a photoshoot. "Ariana having a whole photoshoot on the only furniture she has in her apartment," one Twitter follower joked.

The news of a possible move comes after the pair reportedly got engaged. Although they have yet to officially confirm the rumored updated relationship status, Ariana has been spotted wearing a new ring, and liked a number of celebratory tweets from fans. As always, the news of their reported new apartment and engagement remain unconfirmed. Fans may be quick to take social media clues as fact, but it's always best to take rumors and speculation with a grain of salt.
