Ariana Grande's latest gig? Becoming the newest coach for The Voice.

Grande joins Season 21 of NBC's hit singing competition show, where she'll judge and coach promising fresh talents alongside Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Blake Shelton. The "Thank U, Next" singer takes the place of Nick Jonas, who joined last year.

"Surprise !!! I am beyond thrilled, honored, excited to be joining @kellyclarkson @johnlegend @blakeshelton next season ~ season 21 of @nbcthevoice !" she announced on Instagram. She also left a parting note to Jonas, saying, "We will miss you."

She announced the news in a leopard look by Lanvin, which means we can expect more stylish ensembles from the singer once the new season arrives.

Grande added in a separate statement, per The Hollywood Reporter, "I'm so honored and excited to join The Voice family! I have been a huge fan of the show for such a long time. I can't wait to go head-to-head with the incredible coaches, get to know these new artists and help to take their craft to the next level."

When Does Her Season Air?

The Voice Season 21 premieres on September 20 on NBC. The series broadcasts two seasons per year; the first arrives around springtime and the second around autumn. The previous season premiered on March 1 and bowed on May 25, to give you a sense of how long each installment is on the air.

Is there a trailer yet?

Yup. The Voice shared a video of all four judges together for the first time, featuring Grande giving her costars a dramatic campfire performance (in the show's signature, lovably cheesy fashion). The singer wears a silver bustier number as she leads the group in a rendition of "Hopelessly Devoted to You" by Olivia Newton-John. Watch below.
