Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber Created a “Quarantine Prom” Playlist With Apple Music

For many students, the coronavirus has wreaked havoc on the end of the academic year, causing cancelations from spring musicals to graduation to prom. But if classwork can go virtual, why can't that magical evening as well? And now, thanks to Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber, we know what we'll be jammin' to on virtual prom night — or any Zoom dance party, for that matter.

In addition to dropping their new song, "Stuck With U," on Friday, Ariana and Justin also collaborated on an Apple Music playlist made specifically for "quarantine prom." Among the songs on the list are bops like "Love on the Brain" by Rihanna, "My My My" by Troye Sivan, "Stupid Love" by Lady Gaga and "Thank U Next," of course. Other artists included in the playlist are Doja Cat, Madonna, Mac Miller, Whitney Houston, and many more legends. The playlist truly has a song for everybody, no matter what your music preference is.

"Apple Music came to us and asked for a prom playlist," Justin said in a statement, per a press release from Apple Music. "With 'stuck with u' and these songs, we hope you all can create some kind of prom experience at home that will give you some fun — and some lasting memories in these strange times. Wishing everyone out there well, and thank you for supporting us and this duet as we try to help all our amazing first responders and their families."

With regard to his collab with Ari, he added, "It’s about time Ariana and I gave you a duet. I’m glad we waited. This one is special. This song is about what we are all going through together now, and our love for each other."

One thing is certain: We'll be bopping along to all of these songs come our prom night next week. Once again, Ari and Justin save the day, and who would expect anything less?
