Ariana Grande Faces Divorce Rumors After ‘Blind Item’ Goes Viral On TikTok

Ariana Grande only married husband Dalton Gomez in 2021, but the songstress is already facing divorce rumors—thanks to a combination of blind items and a viral TikTok speculating on the state of the Grande-Gomez marriage.

TikToker @thekylemarisa, who often discusses celebrity “blind items” on her page, brought up one item in particular originally posted on gossip site Crazy Days and Nights, and speculated within the video that the blind item referenced Ariana and Dalton specifically:

As originally posted on Crazy Days and Nights, the blind item reads as follows: “This A list singer has asked her husband multiple times to fly overseas to see her, but each and every time he has said no because he is far too busy with work. Uh huh. Still has time to go to clubs and meet women from online.”

Obviously, no names are mentioned in connection with the original blind item—as with all blinds—but nearly all of the commenters on the post felt it must be referencing Ariana and husband Dalton, and the subsequent TikTok detailing the item agreed. “First of all, what does Dalton Gomez even do for work?” questioned @thekylemarisa. “Second of all, if [Ariana Grande] has enough time with her work, I think Dalton Gomez does.” (For what it’s worth, Dalton is a real estate agent—he met Ariana while selling her a house.)

The comment section of the viral video was sizzling, with accusations flying left and right that Dalton must be cheating on the “Dangerous Woman” singer. “Imagine being married to one of the biggest stars in the world and being like ‘nah I’ll see a rando instead’ like WHAT?” marveled one shocked commenter. “If watching all these beautiful stars have awful relationships doesn’t prove that we all have issues, idk what will,” said another.

The blind item was related to a headline from the UK's Daily Mirror, which read "Woman with Chron's [sic] disease fumes 'Ariana Grande reserved disabled toilet at Beyonce gig'". The article elaborated that a concertgoer named Issy Oakley told the publication that Ariana had reserved the disabled bathroom for herself at Beyoncé's Tottenham performance, preventing herself—who suffers from Crohn's disease—and other handicapped attendees from using the specially-designated toilet. "The queue for the toilets is astronomical so I ask if there's any way I can use the disabled toilets as I have the disease," Issy said. "[The employee I asked] said 'unfortunately not as this is saved for a VIP guest.' ... I come back to the news that Ariana Grande had just been met - ironically - just outside the toilet. So it turns out they stopped me using it just in case I stunk the entire thing out so she couldn't use it."

The story was mentioned on the viral TikTok video, and commenters also defended Ariana in their responses: "She went to the concert with a member of the Wicked cast who is disabled!!! Not defending her if she actually used it for herself," noted one TikToker. Another added, "Ariana was at the concert with her coster (named Marissa actually) who is in a wheelchair."

Neither Ariana nor Dalton have yet commented about the blind item and rumors about possible friction in their marriage.
