Ariana Grande Didn't Hold Back the PDA in a Birthday Post for Her Boyfriend

Ariana Grande's Midsommar Themed 27th Birthday Party Was a Floral Dream

It was May Queen, Florence Pugh, approved.

While Ariana Grande hasn't been the most forthcoming with her new beau — a lack of big-ticket events and red carpets make it tough for official relationship reveals — she's celebrating him today on Instagram for good reason: it's his birthday. In a gallery of clips and photos, Grande gave her fans a look into her relationship with Dalton Gomez. People reports that the two have been dating since January and that Grande and Gomez, a real estate agent, have also been quarantining together.

"Hbd to my baby my best friend my fav part of all the days :) i love u," Grande wrote. Her post was a collection of their greatest hits and included plenty of super-sweet kisses, a clip of them playing Heads Up, romantic twilight cityscapes, and a snapshot of a desert getaway.

Though there hasn't been an official statement from Grande or Gomez, the two made things official when they appeared together in Grande's duet with Justin Bieber, "Stuck with U." In that clip, the two dance and are generally cute with each other, though it doesn't go as far as the kisses in Grande's most recent post.

A source confirmed to People that Grande and Gomez have been taking quarantine very seriously and that the star is making a conscious effort to keep this relationship out of the spotlight. A pandemic and lockdown have helped out, though posts like today's offer up a peek into the couple's life together.

"Ariana is staying at home with friends. She is very serious about self-distancing and has been with the same group of people for days," the source said. "One of the people she is with right now is Dalton — they have been hanging out for a couple of months. Ariana doesn't want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton."
