Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, "High School Musical" Cast and More Will Unite for Disney Family Singalong

If you've long prided yourself on knowing every single word to the original songs featured in many of Disney's classic films, now is officially your time to shine. Although we have to continue practicing social distancing, that doesn't mean we can't partake in a little global singing session with some of our favorite stars.

On Thursday, April 16 at 8 p.m. ET, ABC will air The Disney Family Singalong, a night of music featuring appearances from Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Auliʻi Cravalho, Jordan Fisher, and some cast members from High School Musical.

As reported by JustJaredJr., Ryan Seacrest will serve as host for the evening and after a warmup exercise led by Kristin Chenoweth and an introduction from Elle Fanning, a night of televised singing will get underway. For the special, every participant will be at home singing, and those watching on their television screens will be guided through every song by an animated Disney character.

Disney has continually blessed viewers with some epic original songs, and the evening will feature more than just a few of our favorites. Ariana is scheduled to sing “I Won’t Say I’m In Love” from Hercules, Demi will be joined by Michael Bublé for a performance of “A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes," and Jordan will take singing duties on "Under the Sea." Additional participants include Christina Aguilera, John Stamos, Josh Groban, and Little Big Town.

However, the true highlight of the evening might be a HSM reunion, which will feature cast members of High School Musical, Descendants, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, and Zombies partaking in a massive singalong of "We're All In This Together." As noted by JustJared, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Dove Cameron, and Sofia Carson are among just some of the many names slated to take part. Although Zac Efron won't be joining in on the singalong, Deadline reports that he has filmed a special message for the evening. Prepare your performance from the couch accordingly.
