And if you’re wondering what Ariana’s and Dalton’s families think of their (admittedly pretty fast!) engagement, everyone is, to put it bluntly, f*cking excited. Ari’s mom, Joan Grande, immediately took it to Twitter to voice her enthusiasm, writing, “I am so excited to welcome Dalton Gomez into our family! Ariana, I love you and Dalton so much!!!! Here’s to happily ever after! YAY! xoxoxo.”

Meanwhile, a source tells People that everyone else in their respective families are delighted, saying: “They couldn’t be happier; they’re just so excited. This is a happy time for them; both sets of parents are thrilled.”

Oh, and Ariana’s brother, Frankie, hit her comments, writing, “I am so happy for you both and so excited to (officially) welcome Dalton into the family! YAY! This is just the beginning of a long-lasting life filled with laughter & love. Ugh. I love you both! HAPPY ENGAGEMENT!”

As a reminder, Ariana and Dalton stated dating in January and kept things super lowkey until going Instagram official over the summer with this cuteness.
