Applebee’s Is Serving Up a $1 Vodka Strawberry Lemonade for the Entire Month
Is it just us, or was January just not a great month in general? Now that it’s February, we all have a fresh start — and a new $1 Neighborhood Drink of the Month at Applebee’s. For just a George Washington donned bill, you can get a Vodka Strawberry Lemonade.
For all of February 2020, you can walk into Applebee’s at any time and get the $1 Vodka Strawberry Lemonade. The boozy sip is a mix of “a healthy dose of vodka,” as it’s described, fresh lemon juice, lemonade, strawberry, and a few ice cubes. Sounds like a good way to start (and finish) the month, right?
While a lemonade drink seems more appropriate for summer, the strawberry element automatically makes it a go for Valentine’s Day, in our book, anyway. But we think all of us could use a dose of summer in these freezing temperatures!
Better yet, it’s a leap year, which means we get an extra day in February. Feb. 29 just so happens to fall on a Saturday this time around, so at the very least, plan to meet up with some friends that night and each spend less than $5. OK, maybe a little more for food. We can’t resist the Spinach + Artichoke Dip.
