Apple TV+ has dropped the full official trailer for the upcoming third season of Ted Lasso.

The two-minute visual hints at an emotional new season for the sports comedy drama, starting off with a somber atmosphere before slowly rising to more a joyous and hopeful tone. Fans are teased with a closer look at Nate (Nick Mohammed), who is now the head coach at West Ham United — essentially the rival team of AFC Richmond as it's owned by the ex-husband of Rebecca, Richmond's owner — as well as the optimistic yet nervous outlook of Ted, Coach Beard, Roy Kent and the rest of the AFC Richmond team as they enter a new season.

"In the wake of Nate’s contentious departure from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) steps up as assistant coach, alongside Beard (Brendan Hunt). Meanwhile, while Ted (Jason Sudeikis) deals with pressures at work, he continues to wrestle with his own personal issues back home, Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) is focused on defeating Rupert and Keeley (Juno Temple) navigates being the boss of her own PR agency. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to give it their best shot anyway," an official synopsis reads.

Elsewhere in entertainment, Jesse Armstrong opened up about the possibility of a Succession spinoff.
