Per the official synopsis:

Frog is a frog. Toad is a toad. They have a lot in common… but they are also very different. Frog and Toad are best friends who know that the true secret to friendship is not only enjoying the things you have in common, but embracing the things that make you different. Since our differences are what makes us special, Frog and Toad celebrate what makes them unique!

While Frog and Toad have been beloved children's characters for decades, recent years have also seen the duo spread to meme fame on social media, which is sure to make the new series a hit for fans of all ages.

Along with Faxon and Richardson, the cast will include appearances by Ron Funches, Margaret Cho, Tom Kenny, Yvette Nicole Brown, John Hodgman, Stephen Tobolowsky, and more. Emmy Award winner Rob Hoegee is serving as showrunner for the series, which is produced by Titmouse animation studio.
