Remember when the cast of Pretty Little Liars wrapped shooting the final ten episodes of the series and you were an emotional wreck because what are you going to do without new PLL in your life? Then the cast shared a picture of the amazing matching tattoos they got in tribute to the show and looking at their characters' initials permanently marked on their "shhhh" fingers made you feel like everything might be okay?
Well, can you believe that Shat Mitchell, who plays Emily Fields in the show, almost didn't get her "E" tattoo with her cast mates?
"I didn't want to be a part of this at all!" Shay told Refinery29 in a shocking new interview.
She even tried to push for a less permanent alternative than getting inked. "I don't understand what's wrong with Henna, why can't we get something like that?" she joked.
But it wasn't really the permanent factor that made Shay hesitant to participate in the tat extravaganza. "Not because of the permanent factor, but because it's painful. And on your finger, it's even more painful!"
But for her fellow Liars, she can get through anything. "I mean, I ended up doing it, I just held onto everybody's hands and was sweating profusely. But, I made it."
And now she has the cutest mini tat ever to commemorate PLL. I say you made the right decision, Shay!
