Here's Why Meghan and Harry Aren't Attending Priyanka and Nick's Wedding This Weekend
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are getting married in India in just a few days, which is super exciting for many reasons-not the least of which is a possible appearance from Priyanka's close friend Meghan Markle and her husband Prince Harry. But sad news for royals fans: the Sussexes aren't coming.
A source confirms that Meghan and Harry are skipping the wedding, and the reason appears-at least in part-to be due to Meghan's pregnancy. "Meghan will not be going to Priyanka’s wedding," the source says. "Especially now that she is pregnant."
Priyanka and Meghan have been friends for years-and often showed up on each other's social media back in the day. The Quantico actress even attended Meghan's wedding to Prince Harry earlier this year:
It's too bad the Duchess can't be there for Priyanka's big moment, but she certainly has a good reason. And reminder: Priyanka and Nick are tying the knot this weekend, so might want to schedule in a few hours to lurk on Instagram.
