Here's Why Camila Cabello Won't Walk The Red Carpet With Boyfriend Matthew Hussey

Camila Cabello had the best year of her life in 2018, filled with top hits, awards, and plenty of red carpets. But, there's one person you shouldn't expect her to join at all her big events any time soon.

While Camila has previously opened up about her relationship with her dating coach BF, Matthew Hussey, she said that she plans to keep that part of her life more private than others.

"My mom always reminds me what’s important, and I think that’s why I don’t ever really feel like I’m a... whatever you want to call it: a celebrity, famous singer, whatever," she told Billboard. "She’s constantly teaching me and instilling in me the right values, and how important it is to just be a good person."

Recently, the two of them shared a kiss together while at the airport in Chile, which Camila said was a different experience since it was mostly for the fans and not the public.

"Those were my biggest, biggest, most hard-core fans and they know him anyway, because they know that we’re together. I thought it was really cute when they did that, and it’s like a trusted circle," she said. "They’re chanting my mom’s and my manager’s and my dad’s and my sister’s name, so they know a lot, so I thought it was really cute when they said that, and I was just like, 'Let’s give them a kiss.'"

While it doesn't seem like we'll be getting more cute PDA moments like that anytime soon, at least we know that they're still going strong.
