'The View' Stars Got "Lit" To Toast Sara Haines and Paula Faris' Exit
It looks like the ladies of The View are sending off Sara Haines and Paula Faris right: with lots of wine and cocktails!
After reports surfaced that Paula was leaving the show to focus on breaking news for ABC and Sara was departing to host the third hour of Good Morning America with Michael Strahan, The View stars got together for a fun happy hour.

Meghan McCain shared the sweet snap of herself with her co-hosts - Sunny Hostin, Joy Behar, Paula Faris, Sara Haines – smiling and seemingly enjoying their hard-earned drinks. She appropriately named the outing in her caption, "Ladies get lit Thursday's [sic]! ♥️✨✌🏻"
As some commenters pointed out, fellow co-host Whoopi Goldberg appeared to be absent from the get together. Of course, this could be for a number of reasons and doesn't automatically point to trouble. Considering that Meghan just defended Whoopi after her heated feud with Judge Jeanine Pirro last week, it's safe to say that they have each other's backs.

Further, Meghan's latest interview and this new snap seem to contradict long-lasting rumors that she and Joy have beef with one another beyond their differing political views.
“I genuinely have such affection for her. I really am over this ‘feuding of Meghan and Joy’ [rumor]. We fight like boxers and then we get out in the match and we pump gloves and we’re good,” Meghan explained on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “I love Joy. She’s really fun to go drinking with. Even though she can have one drink and she’s wasted.”
Beyond all the recent drama and exits, The View has yet to pick a replacement for Sara. People reports that ABC is considering Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Abby Huntsman or CNN contributor Ana Navarro for the job, which would add another conservative voice to the table. Not much has been said or speculated about who would fill in for Paula ... yet.
