If You Can't Visit Harry Potter World, Make These Exploding Bon Bons

HP fans — listen up. If you haven't gotten a chance to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter yet (or if you have, but just need your bon bon fix), don't stress, because we've got a copycat recipe that'll bring Harry Potter sweets directly to your kitchen. Accio bon bons!

Bon bons are pretty great because they're little balls of cake that you can get away with popping like candy, but you can make them even better with a little magic (also some Pop Rocks). Here's how it goes down.
Prep a box of cake mix, bake, then crumble it in a large bowl after it cools. Add in some icing, then roll into small balls. Make a hole inside each and fill with Pop Rocks candy. Let them freeze to harden, then dip in a mixture of melted coconut oil + white chocolate.
Pro tip: Don't tell anyone what's inside. Let them think it's a regular little cake ball and let the Pop Rocks do their thing.
