Everyone loves banana pudding. It's a southern staple but its popularity has stretched wayyy beyond the south. We've done about a million iterations of banana pudding, from cookies to dip, we can't get enough of the delicious combination of pudding, whipped cream and bananas. Don't even get me started on Nilla Wafers. They're scientifically designed to be addictive and I can't have them near me without demolishing them.
As we tend to boozify basically all of our favorite foods, it seemed only natural that we add booze to banana pudding. In fact, I don't know what the heck took us so long! Pudding shots are the perfect thing when you're craving something sweet and also are tryna get your buzz on. Bonus: they whip up in seconds.
Start with pudding mix and combine it with milk and the alcohol of your choice (we chose silver rum). If you want it extra banana-y, fold in a chopped banana. Spoon it into shot glasses and top with cool whip, Nilla crumbs, and a slice of banana. As cute as they are delicious! Another banana pudding recipe for your collection, thank us later.
