By now you know that you don't need to wait until summer to get your s'mores fix. We've shared with you countless marshmallow-chocolate-graham treats to make all year long, sans bonfire. But this bake, which is really a casserole of sorts, is by far the easiest mallow confection yet. It also might be the best.

All you're doing is layering marshmallows, chocolate bars, and graham crackers in a big casserole dish and baking the whole thing until the marshmallows have poofed and turned golden. (10 minutes at 400°.) I wasn't kidding when I said this was easy.
You can serve it as a dip with graham cracker dippers, or as big scoopfuls to eat with a spoon. It doesn't really matter. Any way you eat it, it tastes like a gigantic, marvelous gooey s'more.
