If you've dreamed of owning a home renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines and missed your chance to be on the show before it ends this season, you're going to love this news. There's a new Fixer Upper property on the market, and it's one of the most affordable to date.

Originally listed for $310,000, the "Plain Gray Ranch" from season four was reduced to $290,000 earlier this year-and the price just went down even more. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Woodway, TX, house owned by Matt and Melissa Yeilding is now for sale for just $260,000. Compare that to other Fixer Upper homes currently on the market, such as season three's Shotgun house, which was asking $950,000 at one point.

You may remember the home for its open and airy first floor, rustic wooden beams, stucco fireplace, and the one-of-a-kind kitchen island with a built-in bench designed by Joanna Gaines.

"The first thing you see when you walk into the Yeildings' home is the stunning family room," Joanna wrote on her Magnolia Market blog. "As an added design element, we added freshly cut pine beams to define the space and bring the ranch-style into the home." Inside, you'll also find three bright bedrooms and a spacious master bathroom.

The renovated 1958 abode is just a 15-minute drive from Magnolia Market and features plenty of space to entertain. "What we'll miss the most is how well we can host friends and family in this house, because the open concept living area and large kitchen have made it a joy to entertain people in our home," Matt and Melissa told HouseBeautiful.com.

With nearby homes going for around the same price, we have no doubt this cozy ranch will go fast.
