Here's How Chip and Joanna Gaines Split Baby Duties
After five kids and 15 years of running several businesses together, Chip and Joanna Gaines have the working parent lifestyle down pat.
During their latest store transformation, the Gaineses gave fans a glimpse at how they put together their Magnolia Market's winter wonderland set up. In the video, Chip, 44, was up to his usual hysterical antics, but the best part was seeing how the pair took care of Crew together.
Joanna, 40, can at first be seen toting their infant around in her go-to baby ring sling. But knowing she needed to hustle, Mr. Demo Day stepped in to take over the baby duties and allow the designer to work her magic on the shop's impressive displays.
"Babe you're doing great. I'm so proud of you, but I've got to take care of all of this," Chip said while pointing to their son. The two step away giving Joanna some time to lead her visuals team and set up on the installation.
Towards the end of the video, viewers watch as Joanna puts the finishing touches on the store (and does a little shopping herself). Once the overhaul was complete, we get one last look at their sweet family life, as daughters Ella and Emmie arrive to check out the finished product and help their mama wrap everything up.
This isn't the first time fans have seen the working mom and dad in action. Back in August, the Fixer Upper stars gave an intimate look at how Joanna balances her life as a mom, entrepreneur, and designer during Magnolia Market's fall makeover. And with a new Magnolia television network on the way, we can only hope there will be many more precious family moments like this to come!
